This blog is going to be about my various thoughts on and adventures in the television industry as a producer of children's programming. I will talk more about the shows I am working on in future posts.

Here's a somewhat interesting news story about a shark jumping into a boat.
It had me scouring youtube for this video:
I still remember seeing this when I was a kid. A Sesame Street segment where a Shark (who has a laugh just like Ernie) jumps into Bert and Ernie's boat. I love how surreal the Bert and Ernie segments are. But as a kid the surreal endings always hit on a deeper and sometimes creepier level. "Why does the shark laugh like that?"
"How can Ernie just grab Bert's nose, tear it off, and stick it on the clay model?" and "Will Bert get his nose back?"
"Why are Bert and Ernie subjecting me to these Egyptian terrors?"
